In 2004 Maria had a super first full year as a real estate agent selling almost $4 million in properties and making some good friends along the way. She was recognized as a top producer in her firm for the month of June. Scott's starting to think maybe he should have skipped going back to work!

Congratulations, Maria. You must have a lot of natural talent at selling. Cindy just called and told us they had finally sold their house. It has been on the market for a long time. She needed your expertise! Will we see you at XMas? Hope so.

Great job Maria! Of course I'm not surprised. If you do this well in the first year I can only imagine what is in store for 2005 and beyond.
